I created this site in the hopes of helping other people who have got a yeast infection. It is such an awful condition to have and a really private one too. I hated the fact that doctors couldn’t help me – well they just relieved symptoms but never showed me how to get to the root of cause of it. On top of that, I am not on medical aid and regular visits to the doctor all add up.

It just seems to me that there is so much “nonsense” information all over the internet about natural remedies for yeast infections and I am a bit skeptical of some of them. It can be hugely confusing and overwhelming choosing something that you think will work for you or that people claim that works for them.

So why should my claim be any different from all the rest?

Well I found this book called Yeast Infections No More (You can visit her site HERE) after a long and tedious search and got it because you could get a free refund on it if it didn’t help. Also I just liked the feel of it and got some good impressions from the personal testimonies on it.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I read the book from cover to cover and started making immediate changes that Linda recommended.

When I noticed a difference within 2 days, I thought it was too good to be true… but I thought it might just be the temporary relief that I had like when i used garlic suppositries. But it worked so well and permanently that I feel so much better in so many other ways too.
